-All domestic orders are carried out by Geniki Taxydromiki and charged as from our standard shipping fee of 5,00 euros. However, if you are ordering from a distant area which is not included in the Geniki Taxydromiki basic destination list, the shipping fee may varies. Please contact us and we ‘ll be happy to give you more information regarding the exact charge of shipping.

-If you are ordering from abroad, please contact us first and we will estimate for you all shipping costs.

-All ordered products remain under the property of our company until paid full.

-All prices include 24% VAT.

-Our return policy includes only clothing. We don’t accept any returns for accessories , gifts or jewellery. If you wish to exchange or return an item , you must send us a notice at least 2 days after you receive your order. We won’t accept returns of washed or mitreaded products. The shipping cost for the return is paid by the purchaser. If you just want to refund your money, please allow us one week to receive the returned item and then we will send back to you the value of the product. Please be noticed that we do not refund shipping costs.
